Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes, we can arrange for you to come and pick up your products in-store.  Orders are manufactured on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times can vary from 1-10 business days after dispatch for smaller items, and 3-10 business days for larger items, depending on your delivery location.

Can I change my order once I have received a confirmation email?

Can I have an item purchased online fitted at your store?

Yes, we provide a fitting service for all our vehicle designs, stripes and wraps. There are additional charges for installation. You can find the fitting fee in the Item Description. Can I have an item purchased online fitted at my own premises?

Yes, in some instances:
We only fit ‘On-Site‘ in Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs on Tuesday’s and Thursdays. We are usually booked 1 – 2 weeks in advance, so please allow for this. If you are outside this area there will be additional travel charges. Some areas we may not visit.

FYI: We DO NOT have a shop in Campbelltown. For us to fit on-site, you must have your own adequate area free from direct sunlight and wind, such as a well lit, 2 car garage. Access to power is also necessary.

Any local area fitting must be done at our premises on the days we are at the shop. Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays.

Do you have an eBay Store?

Yes, we also sell on other online platforms such as eBay. We do recommend that you purchase from our official ESM Vehicle Stripes online store as we do offer better prices for you.
However, you can still reach and purchase from our eBay store to see our available range.

How do I cancel my order?

Shipping & Delivery

Can I have my order sent to an alternate address?

Yes, when you place an order you are asked to enter both your contact details along with the delivery address.

Buyers are advised to have their purchase sent to a work address where someone will be there to sign for the goods between 9-5 Mon-Fri if no one will be at home. Otherwise your parcel will be sent to your nearest depot for collection.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping across all Australian States and Territories, however for our international customers we include a flat rate fee.
These details are available upon checkout once you enter in your location details.

Your delivery charge will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. 

Returns & Refunds

When to return a product?

We will happily replace, exchange or refund your purchase if it fails to meet the following

1. The product fails to meet the Item Description.

2. The product is not what you ordered.

3. The product is faulty at the time of receiving your parcel.

4. The product is damaged inside and upon opening your parcel.

What information do I need to return a product?

For an exchange, credit, refund or repair we ask for your name, telephone number and signature in addition to your receipt.

All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used, so please have your card with you.

Expenses relating to the return of a product

Any expenses relating to the return of your product to store will normally have to be paid by you. For online store purchases, we will pay for return freight for any product assessed as having a major failure provided you can show your receipt or proof of purchase (This can include a bank statement, or transaction history etc).

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider (PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, EFT).


Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Our online prices on our website are cheaper, as there are no additional service fees required by eBay. We do recommend that you do purchase from our official website to get the latest, best deals, more products and more product variety.
